I started my career early in life and thoroughly enjoyed every single moment and the way things transitioned from one phase to the other. From adulthood to wife-hood to motherhood to being a full time working professional the journey has been more than gratifying.

I specialized in nutrition but then decided to forge a career for myself in the field of marketing and operations. I was lucky to work for different industries as I relayed from one company to the other grabbing opportunities as they came my way. From driving teams to marketing high-end technical engineering products to exports of elite fashion brands to being with best of names in beauty and wellness like Shahnaz Husain group of companies and VLCC International, I got an opportunity to work both in India and abroad. My world revolved around presentations, quarterly targets, projections, corporate collaboration, networking and lots of travelling.
Hello! I was also the mother of 2 handsome boys juggling all along with the support of my man Mr. Garg to whom I owe all that I am today. A very progressive gentleman who took pride in allowing our boys to accompany him to his office and mess around while he was busy with his meetings.

By then I was in full gear, momentum was high and I was loving every inch of it. Training teams on various different aspects of business became an integral part of my profile. Dedicated trainers to work with teams on SOP's etc came into being only post 1998. With my background in psychology, it came easy to me. I could easily weave in my teams to implement my words in their work and support them to let mediocrity take a step back. I knew this is where I wanted to be and
Power Talk With Archanna was "FORMALLY" born.
Here you will find me engaging in lots of trainings on various aspects of business, success skills, art of negotiations etc to small and medium size companies to solo-prenuers, women as I collaborate with business leaders from across the globe and deliver a power packed POWER CLASS.

Power Talks is something very close to my heart. A learner, as I have always been, I love interacting with business leaders, powerful people, humble souls who have risen to power with hard work & resilience. Keeps me inspired and that how I came to realize that "Life is not a circle...it's an eight"

Power Webinars is a wonderful medium to come together and brain storm with contributors to help society at large. It surely brings forward important & thought provoking questions for people in the limelight to work on social issues that affect the growth of the economy. It's gratifying to indulge in this spade work with people who can collectively bring a change.
All said and done with, what really takes you closer to God are Power Stories that talks about soulful conversations with anyone and everyone who would like to empty out their heart on my platform and share as their shadow come to life from rags to riches.
